Thank you for this reply. that's the problem. i can't find the file to delete it. as above, first said: unable to repair, then unable to access. it's also NOT in the quarantine file and 4 nav full scans and a couple single folder scans in the evrsoft first page folder, and a thorough 'search' of the whole computer does NOT find this file so i can delete it. the first post in this section said another post told where to find the file to delete it, but in reviewing them all both last night a couple times and this morning, i can't find the instructions. i can't afford to lose this machine or repair it. please rsvp where the malicious file is, asap. i'll wait around. is this first page program safe to use then? maybe i should just delete the whole thing? how can this company afford to give it away with no products for sale, etc. is this a real or a malicious bogus site? pardon for asking but i'm new and both forrays into the net downloading stuff to date ended up in this virus thing. i've already lost 1 computer to it. too bad people have ruined it for the rest of us.

if you look back thru my posts in the 'bug files' the story is there. encapsulating: i downloaded the six buttons from hell js trojan winbomb with the free evrsoft 1st page html editor yesterday. my norton anti-virus caught it but the prompt said: 'unable to repair this file.' i've run nav 4 times so far and it has found no viruses. my nav report page, yesterday's date, says: 'cannot access this file,' re: the six buttons, so i'm afraid it's still in my computer somewhere hiding where i can't find it. it is not in the quarantine file unless it is there by another name or number. it is not in the evrsoft/1stpage/buttons/six buttons from hell.izx folder as the instructions said, there is no six buttons from hell in the buttons folder anywhere. i ran a 'search' and it's nowhere to be found on this computer so it says, but i must keep looking so i can DELETE it like the nav instructions say. i can't afford to lose this machine for there is no money to replace it. i have not turned the computer off in 2 days in case it's one of those that activates when the computer boots up again. i must resolve this and get back to work. please help. thank you. ps: is it safe to use this html editor now or should i just delete the whole thing?
