Others have probably noted these before, but I wanted to add my voice as volume often makes things right.

Bug-
a) When you type in text in between tags in FP, there is a very long lag before you see the letters you type. I found out that all you have to do is insert a space between your cursor and the end tag. That will solve the problem, but it is a bug and should not operate that way.

Bug-
b) When I try to insert an image, the height and width are set to "0", of course I cannot see my image in that case and have to fill in the pixels for size. This one happens at intermittent times and I cannot yet find the reason or trigger that causes this. It does cause me to use a little time to fix it but it is a bug.

Thank You-
More important than these bugs, I would like to say a big thank you for First Page and for keeping this forum running and the lamp of faith lit for years. I am astounded at your persistence and so happy it paid off. Also, selfishly, I am happy for me. I loved First Page from the old version and thought it was the best text editor out there. It is now the best text editor out there period the end. I love the new features and consider the bugs I have found to be small potatoes compared to the benefits of First Page. Well done to all, especially Mr. Pham.

There is a bug that what should be the initial screen is not what you get initially. Instead you get a screen that tells you to click 2x to start a new page. You have to wait awhile for the true initial screen to show up.

xxx, slow editing seems to be solved or helped, according to reports in these forums, if you turn off auto close tags.

Bill, the program loads a little slow. At a certain point the 2x info comes up but the program is still loading. If you switch on the Splash Screen you will see the Splash Screen perhaps until the program is fully loaded. No advantage I see in that, it must still be the same amount of time. If you think this is bad, wait until the yellow Nag Screen starts appearing. That adds a full 5 seconds plus reaction time before you even start loading the program. :)

Bill, xxx, and the rest of us reading this, consider posting over in the After Hours forum, treat it as the "Something About Me Forum". I am hoping some chatter will get started over there. :)
