:verymad: Anybody knows whats going on in Evrsoft?
We used Firstpage 2000 for quiet a while, about 10 days ago we decided to buy the new version First 2006. We made the order and payed throug credit card, we got billed by 2Checkout.com Inc. and our credit card was charged with 59,95 the same day.
Since that day nothing happend any more.
We send 3 messages to Evrsoft ... we didnt get any answer. We made 2 inquires with 2Checkout.com Inc. They opend a ticket ... and ... a new ticket :hmmm: ... and a new ticket ... but no news from Evrsoft :grrrr:
This morning we received the following from 2Checkout.com Inc.:
A credit/refund has been issued on the following order.
Sale: 2XXXXXXXXX Amount: 59.95
A refund can be issued by 2Checkout for various reasons, including:
1 ) Requested by the cardholder.
2 ) Requested by the vendor.
3 ) Failed internal fraud checking.
Your refund should appear on your credit card/bank....
and shortly after the following message from Evrsoft ..-
Dear Cxxxxx,

What the hell means "delayed availability" ? I dont understand how sending a simple code to unblock a software can be unavailable .. It's the first time it happens to me that a seller dosnt want to sell and sends your money back ...
... and then, what do I do now??? do I have to keep this stupid nagscreen for ever??? or do I get back to First2000 ???
Any comments or suggestions?
