Activation key

This is my first time on the forum so bare with me please. I have a question on how to go about getting Evrsoft to provide me with a download link, activation key for First Page 2006 and an activation key for Dream Template. On March 1st I purchased the package and received a couple of emails from Share-it notifying me of the successful purchase and that Evrsoft and Dream Template would provide me under separate email the aforementioned download link, activation keys. I have not received a single email from Evrsoft. I have sent emails to them from every possible avenue available, and have not received a reply to any of my attempts to reach them. I did email Share-it and they informed me that they had recontacted Evrsoft with a request to provide the information.

I would appreciate any help any member of the forum community as to how to go about getting the product I have paid for. Or as a minimum on how to get someone at Evrsoft to acknowledge my emails and that they are working the problem. Help, Help. Help Please

Hi gunder,

I hate to tell you this but you weren't the only one to experience this problem, have a look at the evrsoft virtual comapny thread for more info. All I can suggest is get your money back. Nothing seems to be happening with the pro version nor has any response been made on when the licence files will be available. I disturbed to see that you can purchase it again on line. That's really not right for evrsoft to do that when they don't send out the activation key.

Why are no many people not getting their key? This is weird, I've never heard of a program acting like this.
