Managing multiple sites is hard

I own two sites, and it's hard doing both of them. Do you guys have any tips for managing multiple sites?

Hire someone to do day to updating for content, this seems to work the best for alot sites. It frees up your time to do other things and build your website better actually. You let your admin or moderators handle all the updating or answering emails and such.
