What is the best site to purchase a domain name from? I have noticed that some places are cheaper then others. Is there a specific reason for this? What makes one site is better than the other?:crazy:

hmmm, good question, most domains will cost you around 10-15 but you can find others at around 8 bucks. Beware of the cheap ones though as you are investing in a name for yourself and you don't want them or anyone else to be able to steal it and hold it ransom. I own domain reseller rights and it really does not cost me a lot. However I have to buy into a big package in order to resell...kinda like pre-paid stuff. Works for me and I can control all aspects of the names and features.

Stay away from godaddy, cheap domains, but _terrible_ service. I keep hearing about people being screwed over by godaddy, and I for one am going to stay well away from them.

Personally I would say namecheap (http://namecheap.com) for domains, $8.88 with a free whoisguard subscription if you want it. :-)
