I wish InternetExploiter would recognize FP2000 as an editor. It would be so much simpler if I opened a page in the browser, clicked the edit button, and 1P2000 opens up.

Please add that capability in your next version!

I realize I'm bringing up an old topic, but this is something you need to do within IE, not something that an Editor would normally do.

Go to Tools\Internet Options\Programs and you should be able to change it in there.

If the editor you want to use isn't listed, then it's a fairly simple matter to add your preferred editor via the Registry.

Yeah... only four years old... :/

So why hasn't anyone else answered it in all that time? Seems a fairly simple question to me.

The question is more "is this question still relevant" rather than "why has no one answered it".

I would say it definately isn't. If someone needs this question answered, they would ask it again, but I very much doubt someone is still troubled by this after over four years. Is it likely that someone will be assisted by this post at a later date? To be honest, no it isn't, it's buried in the forum of a now pretty much entirely unused forum (since you can't get FP2000 anymore even if you wanted to use it).

So, if you want to know why I haven't answered it. It would be because this thread was already irrelevant before I joined.

In my opinion, this was a pointless bump, and should probably be locked.
