Startup crash with Win98

Hi,

Was looking forward to moving to FP2006, but alas after installing I receive the following message when starting the program. Any ideas?

Exception EOleSysError in module 1STPAGE.EXE at 0007C550.
Class not registered

Win 98 is not acceptable OS.
