Hello everybody,

please somebody to help me - my question is : How many times to submit my site per month?

Some people said that I should to submit no more than twice per month.

Please, somebody to tell me what I have to do.

Best Regards!

Once you submit to them once, you do not need to resubmit. Only resubmit perhaps if much has changed. Once you submit to their list, their search engines will crawl the site many times over a give day, thus submitting more than once will only tick them off and could then be put on the black list. I never heard of anyone being put on a list for doing multiple submits, but who knows.

I have, the ODP (http://dmoz.org/) does it all the time.

not sure what you mean spock, I was saying submitting to say google all the time over and over with url submit feature....I would think they would frown upon this.

On the ODP submit rules page:

* Do not submit mirror sites. Mirror sites are sites that contain identical content, but have altogether different URLs.
* Do not submit URLs that contain only the same or similar content as other sites you may have listed in the directory. Sites with overlapping and repetitive content are not helpful to users of the directory. Multiple submissions of the same or related sites may result in the exclusion and/or deletion of those and all affiliated sites.
* Do not disguise your submission and submit the same URL more than once.
Example: http://www.dmoz.org and http://www.dmoz.org/index.html
* Do not submit any site with an address that redirects to another address.
* The Open Directory has a policy against the inclusion of sites with illegal content. Examples of illegal material include child pornography; libel; material that infringes any intellectual property right; and material that specifically advocates, solicits or abets illegal activity (such as fraud or violence).
* Do not submit sites "under construction." Wait until a site is complete before submitting it. Sites that are incomplete, contain "Under Construction" notices, or contain broken graphics or links aren't good candidates for the directory.
* Submit pornographic sites to the appropriate category under Adult.
* Submit non-English sites to the appropriate category under World.
* Don't submit sites consisting largely of affiliate links.

I wouldn't bother too much with submission (others may disagree)

I would focus more on link building... let the spiders do their job!

then they will index you quicker... and make sure all your pages you want indexed are well interlinked... makes it easier for the spiders to get your whole site.

Also, try some deeplinks (links to specific pages, not just your homepage) - it will help get your whole site listed.

We offer a blog posting service for on topic links, all blogs have a PR4 homepage. (Email Removed by Admin) if you want some info, or checkout other peoples link sales etc on this forum.

You need to submit once that is best if at all there are no major changes
You can go and find some directory links for FREE from
www dot directorycritic dot com
or
www dot onewaytextlink dot com
or
www dot resellergo dot com
or
www dot digixmas dot com

I have heard some them allow directory submission service also for free, i have found that directoryvault and resellergo allow free and paid link building via directory submission and also keyword based selection

Thanks,
Ted

Search Engine Submission and Directory submission is so important. By submitting our link to search engines. The search engines will directly crawl our site. By directory submission back links increases. If your site is not been indexed for long time you can make a request directly to the search engines.
