Opening a Ordering page-Ecommerce site

I have downloaded my company's page for online ordering. I want to edit it. When I open it in the edit view I can see text, but in the preview view it says page can not be displayed. Any suggestions as to why this is?

I would guess that it is using a scripting language such as PHP, Perl or ASP, which means that it must be running on a server to display properly.

I think.... maybe...
