i hate it. top two things i hate:

1. the small text on your buttons
2. the colors

top two things you could do to make this template better:

1. make the text on your buttons READABLE TO THE NAKED EYE.
2. change the color scheme

vbulliten uses a template system to controll the layout. it is in fact, realy easy to change the things i pointed out.

Personally speaking I like the template used, but each to their own I guess.

I like the colors here... they are easy on the 45 year old eye :-)
As for the size of the buttons, i think they're just fine. And I'm even using 1024 x 768 resolution!
