This is my shopping site, maining selling sporing goods, electronics, home & garden, promotional items.
The home page was mainly designed for ESO, but seems not good for customers.
How do you think? Pls advise. Thx!

Isn't the point to be designed with customers in mind then again its an ecommerce application that is opensource so not sure how much control you have over that part but I do know there are templates you can find.
I'm not sure about the domain name...seems it could fit better and give a clue what the site is about. Good site starts with a good name. You seem to have a lot of stuff there and it gets lost quickly. Perhaps add some pages on why your site should be used to order thinks.
Also quessing that you mean ESO = SEO? Not sure what oscommerce has for SEO or if you changed things to make it that way. Look out of the box solution really.
All it in all, does not stand out in the crowd.

feixue0512 - At first glace, way to much content on the home page. There are tons out there for cart references. If you are talking about the same type of software being used. Have you looked at any other templates for it?
Its hard to find a really good cart layout with oscommerce. Here is some from TM site (http://www.templatemonster.com/category.php?type=14&tid=+-+Any+-&from_=&to=&style=0&author=0&x=14&y=13).
On a side note, SEO is not all that and a bag of nuts. Which means, don't concentrate on making your pages SEF or SEO friendly with a dynamic solution that is out of the box like your shopping cart is.
So long as you start by having good content and people will find you. The biggest thing is you are competing with others of the same nature. They will always come up first on engines as they pay for ads and more. Make your self unique. Coupons helps when you sell below someone else. Word of mouth is good. E-commerce is a difficult thing to tackle. Lets take hosting provides as an example. There are tons. I'm one also. But I'm far down the list. Yet there is enough to go around.

My first reaction was, "Information overload! Tilt! Tilt! Tilt!".
My best advice, would be to put yourself in your customer's place. What would YOU like to see? When you go into a store, or to a site, what makes YOU feel good about being there? Because lets face it, if a person doesnt like being there, they'll leave, even if the deals are great. So the first thing you want to do, is make the person WANT to be there. But since you cant know what someone else wants, you need to focus on what YOU want.
I'll use Walmarts as an example. I may not like some of their business practices, but I do like that they hire someone just to stand by the door to greet people as they come in. Its a nice way of making people feel good about being there. And its something that other stores just dont do.
And, its been my experience, that if you make yourself happy with it, then others will be happy with it too. Oh sure, not ALL others, but you cant please everyone, so dont try. Not everyone likes Walmart either, but that doesnt stop them from being huge.

I am closing this topic as feixue0512 just does not seem to understand our rule against Spamming the forum. If I see any other gratuitous links to your website anywhere in the rest of the forum I will ban you.
