You need an FTP program which transfers files.
Depending on what suits your needs and if you want a free or commercial one here is a few links.
FileZilla (http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/) - free
SmartFTP (http://www.smartftp.com/) - free/paid (not sure if it is still free)
CuteFTP (http://www.globalscape.com/cuteftp/) - commercial software (one of my favs)
More found by google (http://www.google.com/search?q=free+ftp&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a) using keywords
And another google search (http://www.google.com/search?q=ftp+software&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a) using ftp keywords
Hope this helps.
Also here is some tips also on what ftp is and how to do it. Keep in mind your host will give you the info you need to plugin into the settings to connect to webserver. Also depending on what software you use instructions may be alittle different.

That says it all...I agree, that you should read the rules of the forum before thinking your site carries the same for all site rules. Also, read the definition of spam (http://www.monkeys.com/spam-defined/definition.shtml). Note this part:
Internet spam is defined as follows:
Internet spam is one or more unsolicited 1 messages, sent or posted as part of a larger collection 2 of messages, all having substantially identical content. Judging by all of your posts, they are all similar and of same nature linking back to your site.
Forum Spam (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forum_spam) which pertains to bots although you spam by yourself.
