Is there a program that will resize images and also place your watermark (image) on the picture after it resizes it? I have over 500 pictures that need to be resized and doing them 1 by 1 would take forever...

XnView (http://www.xnview.com) allows for 'batch processing', meaning that it can resize a bunch of pictures at once and save them in the format of your choice. I don't think you can add a watermark automatically though.
To access the convert menu in XnView, click on [ 'tools' (menu bar) --> Multi Convert ]
You can add an entire folders contents by clicking on the 'add folder' button, output the files to a selected directory, perform batch processing before saving (ie: convert to true color then resize so the width is 100 pixels proportional) using the 'advanced operations' button, and select the quality using the 'options' button.
IMPORTANT: Make sure that you uncheck the 'delete original' checkbox if you plan to keep the original files.

XnView is a lot more functional then the over-hyped IrfanView, by the way. I'd suggest that any IrfanView users that see this try out XnView, its free as well.

You can do that with Photoshop, and will get the required effects of watermarks.

or with a VideoCharge Studio.
I think, that a VideoCharge Studio is the best software to do it.
