Uploading Html to Geocities account

I have uploaded an excel worksheet which i have saved to html and all i get after uploading is the deadly -Invalid File

PLEASE HELP!!!

Geocities is known for being not that great for files and I'm not sure how they treat MS spreadsheets converted to html, you might want to try and convert it again.
