fireworks nav bar

Hi Guys

I recently built a nav bar in fireworks and want to use it in my site. My site is built by hand so its not as simple as importing to dreamweaver. Basically the navigation bar is saved as nav.html and I am unsure how to reference it in my html.
I think I should be using the iframe or object tag but i dont know how.

any help would be greatly appreciated

well you can import it in DW if you have it so not sure what you mean as you stated you cannot. If you have the html you don't need to reference it, just use the code in the other html file. However a screenshot or link would also help as tmmoose has stated.
