How do I use first transfer ftp. It says to rt click and select new/server and I don't have this for an option. Below it says enter path below but you can't type in the box. Theirs no instructions and it says simple ! Ha ! Just my luck. I just used an online ftp and I got to tell you it took me seconds to figure it out and Im just lost here. HELP !

I don't think there is much that you can do to fix this. 1st Transfer has problems with everthing. Try using another ftp program like SmartFTP (http://www.smartftp.com) or what ever you can find that you like.

I would recommend either WS_FTP or SmartFTP. Both are very easy to use.
