I've not yet noticed a pattern to this bug, but occasionally I'll close a file (n.b. I would say probably the file has already been saved before I try to close it) and 1stPage will bring up the message below:
File "" has been modified. Save changes?
Notice that there's no filename mentioned between the quote marks. If you say yes to this message, 1stPage saves the file as a blank document.
Obviously the lack of filename at least gives you the opportunity to spot this is about to happen and opt for "no" (!), but sometimes on autopilot I've clicked "yes" and lost all my content...
