I think well lets say I won't have any definite answer (for your web site) or until I get a years supply of fudge.

Then I might suggest a few things about the fudge.

Oh about the website it looks good the menu text could be a bit larger. Color scheme is ok :D

Well, your logo could very easily be made into a .gif. It would look cleaner and better! Always try to make things like logos or pics that are just text into gifs. Jpegs add ugly artifacts no matter how much quality you set it to.

And I suggest you don't put blue and gray in front of red. I never liked those colors together. Makes it hard to read w/ ease.

Need some work make the left red longer :D i use 1280 x 1024 and i see some white space and that looks not nice :P
