you don't need a tool or service...just do some research....SEO is overblown many times for companies who claim they can get your ranked.

I wouldn't bother with tools... Just learn the basics of onpage SEO (main thing is learn how to make your site 'google friendly', so it can crawl your site easy) - then build backlinks.

A little research goes a long way.

Basics off the top of my head:

1) Use keywords in title and H1 tags

2) Use alt tags on images - but dont stuff them with keywords

3) Have relevant content, with your keywords in the body, but don't 'keyword stuff' the text... make it readable to humans too!

4) Keep image sizes low, to allow quick load time

5) DO NOT link to dodgy sites... esp. porn or link farms.

6) css is great for large sites!!! (dreamweaver cs3 helps with this!)

7) Keyterms research is great... maybe use a tool for this bit - try to find long chain keyterms that are searched for lots, but have less than 1million results in google (hard, but usually possible!)

8) Link build with good anchor text... do not spam. use keyterms in anchor text if possible. - blog posts (our service for example ;-) are good, and high PR links.

9) Once indexed, keep putting up more content, new pages... as much relevant content as possible... oh, and

10) Make sure you interlink your pages, so the google spider can find them all easily...

That is just the basics off the top of my head... URLS removed if i can be of help any more.

Use tools only to analyze the site. Build backlinks manually will be better.

I agree with this conversation. SEO tools might guide you to analyze your site. but only way to actually promote your site is manual work.

I’ve read this blog (http://affiliateprofits2-0.blogspot.com/2009/10/essential-affiliate-marketing-tool.html)which was forwarded to me from my friend Linda. She said she earned commission (though it's not that big since she's been registered just last month only) by registering as an affiliate to a live chat software company that offers customer support through live chat service.

By the way, she earned $48 last month!

Anyways, topic discussed in the said blog is about an essential marketing tool (http://affiliateprofits2-0.blogspot.com/2009/10/essential-affiliate-marketing-tool.html)

hope this helps!

thanks!

SEO Tools - Multiple Datacenter Keyword Position Check

There are many different Google data centers. Each of these may respond with different results for the same search query. If you see results that vary from data center to data center, it means that Google is in the middle of updating its search index. This information can be helpful for SEOs who want to observe various individual active servers for search engine optimization purposes.

This tool also features an optional language/country selection option, which allows you to receive more specific results for your criteria.
