Ok what I would like to know is where do I learn PHP. Can I make forums with it? How much do I need to learn to make forums(if possible)

What other things can I do with php?

Personally I like tizag as a good start. But you can just do a google search for php tutorials and get plenty of results.

I would start with a few good books like ones from sitepoint....and then head over to a great phpcode which you can google for lots of ideas. Start looking at tutorial sites etc also

You can do lots of things and make a great forum with time.

afterthat you can discuss all the doubt in forums...

Yep Its Tough..If you desire to make some forum or site in php ..you should outsource it...
