By definition, a diorama is a three dimensional display combined with a painted background and usually depicting a scene or multi-figure activity. Dioramas are often included in museum presentations and interpretations of places and events, and are made up of figures and models of the persons, objects and physical environment involved. The figures and related objects are normally handcrafted (modeled/sculpted, cast in metal or resin and painted).
I have *no* idea what you're talking about, please clarify.

Diaporama is indeed the french word for "slideshow", I don't think Alain is speaking about dioramas.
Another definition for "diorama" the origin of which you will notice is french ;)
A mode of scenic representation, invented by Daguerre (http://www.daguerre-bry.org/pages/diorama.html) and
Bouton, in which a painting is seen from a distance
through a large opening. By a combination of transparent
and opaque painting, and of transmitted and reflected
light, and by contrivances such as screens and shutters,
much diversity of scenic effect is produced.
Alain : I think you're doing fine with english  but if you need a helping hand I can always try !
Could you give us an example or link to the javascript you wrote ?
