I don't like looking at the above and my browser settings are just peachy, thank you very much. And that is just about all I have been seeing on the forums lately! This site has ground to a standstill all too frequently lately. It is not because it is being swamped with posters (although I am trying to do my part). I suspect it is a recurring problem with the host.

Can anything be done about this? It is going to turn people off.

Strangely enough, I got a TCP error just as I was voting for 'Seems OK to me'.

And I thought it might be my ISP... I have experienced:

+ The forum just will not come up

+ I search for posts since my last visit and it takes forever

+ The pages react in a streaking manner, like the ink on my monitor ran down the screen

+ Change topics and it takes forever

+ About as fast a molassas in Nova Scotia

Who on this forum actually represents First Page? Please raise your hand or stand if you are in the back of the room.

Do the members of the design and development team ever respond to posts here? Do they read the posts ?

Just curious.
