Well, you've lost your HTML virginity, but that's OK - I think you and your computer have been going steady for quite some tyme. (That was originally a typo, but I left it in cause is looks very "old country")
I like your site and actually browsed around a fair bit. Quite informative.
The site is fairly well laid out, although overtabled to my liking (but everyone here on this forum is tired of me saying that). A couple of mechanical problems that you need to look at in the screen capture below. The nav bar gets duplicated in both IE and Netscape. although the lower bar is non functional. I've looked at your code but nothing hits me in the eye right away. You should document your code more thoroughly - in a few months its gonna be hard to remember what each piece does. Lots of <!-- Comments //-->, please, cuz they are your friends.
By the way - I'm the first person, other than yourself, to sign your guestbook. I feel special.:D
Hope you can track down your gremlins - scripting is not my forte but there are others here who will give it a try - WON'T YOU, PEEPS.

I have looked at the code again, and the only thing i can think of is to replace the text used in the logo with a graphic, as this is what pushes the elements about the page when you select different text sizes. The menu duplication is part of the same prob. there is a non java menu underneath the dropdown menu for none java browsers. Thanks for your time. I would not have spotted that as I use 1600 X 1200 res and never change browser text settings.

Can you have the non-java menu appear only in non-Java browsers? Again, not my forte. If you were to use two absolutely positioned divs with the java menu OVER the text menu, that may fix your problem.
Dynamic HTML can really drive you crazy, especially when you are "borrowing" someone else's scripts.
You can control the font size issue, though. The main title is a fixed font size - just make the other title a fixed font as well.
As a general practice when building pages: Check you pages in BOTH browsers and at ALL user font sizes and ALL resolutions up to 1024. I build pages to work from 600px wide on up, although you folks with that expensive 1600x1200px real estate may find things a bit on the wide side. :p

I have just found the text problem thanks as you say it should of been fixed size and I thought it was but due to messy typo it was'nt fixed i.e. : not ; in style tag thanks again I will look into the conditional menu loading for non java browsers. But as I say I am relatively new to all this. and it is only thanks to people like yourself who have given their time to put what they know on the net for others to learn. that I was able to produce this site.
