Do you make this using DHTML or something???

The short answer is yes.

Menuing widgets are one of the most common uses (and abuses)of dHTML. Do a websearch on +dhtml +menu and you'll get a lot of useful hits. You are bound to get pages from:
www.dynamicdrive.com
www.webreference.com
both are good. Stay away from hiermenus - they are now too big for what you want.
