I recently PHP-ized the site, and the basic design was stripped almost completely from a Motor City Online beta version clan page I made that went under once EA released the pricing plan for the final version.

The site is very practical. It serves its purpose and the navigation makes is simple for a child or elderly person to find what they are looking for on the site. Good job.

Exactly, David (my name's David too ;) ). Change it to a sans-serif. Verdana is nice.
BTW, almost anything is better than Times New Roman.

Very nice. It suffices for its purpose. Though, you might consider dimming the border or making it thinner. That's just a suggestion though. On 'the Board' page have you considered perhaps using a table with two columns? That would prevent people from having to scroll and having all that extra whitespace there on the side.
