I get this error everytime I try to load a web site with first page.

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

What are your system specs? Perhaps its a memory error.

I am using win98 with 62 megs of ram. I don't think it is the system specs. I think it has something to do with what the program is opening?

Probably 64, with an onboard graphics chip that uses physical memory.
