Your OS is lacking a lot of things.

Most modern applications that are compatible with Win95 will have to install more system components.

OLE is a Windows core system component that (I think) allows programs to interact with Windows in a consistant manner (ex: dragging a file icon from the desktop and having it open in your program). Win95 doesn't support OLE as well as Win98 and later. You might be able to get the components that you need, or not. In that case you're stuck.

Solutions:

1) Get a real OS. Win95 is slow, unstable, and doesn't support IE6 (reasons are beyond me)

2) Go to Microsoft's Website (http://www.microsoft.com/windows95/downloads/) and download any needed service packs. Particularly the Win95 OLE 32 Update (http://www.microsoft.com/windows95/downloads/contents/WURecommended/S_WUServicePacks/W95OLE32Update/Default.asp)
