Open multiple Documents through the Context Menü!

it was terrible in 1stpage2000! you opened one document through the Context menü of the Explorer! and when you want to open one more document, 1stpage has opened another instance of the program, instead of opening the document in the first intance!

i hope this is fixed

Oh yes....you're right!

but i hope everything functions with the first instance so that the program doesn't open another instance of 1stpage, when i load a document Minutes later...

i realy hate it when that happens. although, being able to run multiple instances of 1st page is nice for some things.

So, did FP 2006 (which I registered recently) create the ability to have (1) multiple instances of FP OR (2) open subsequent documents in separate tabs? I agree with TheDarkEye that, occasionally, multiple instances of a program is preferable to multiple tabs (or - to use the interface terminology of word processors & spreadsheets - 'multiple windows'), but, normally, I would prefer a separate tab.

I have just installed First Page 2006 hoping it will be an improvement on my previous editor. However whenever I double click on a .php file in windows explorer it opens a new instance. Is there a way you can make it use a single instance?
(running on Vista Business)
Thanks
