Image over Background Image prob

I am trying to design a page http://www.bringbackwendell.com/test1.htm

- the pic seen would be the background with no border -
http://www.bringbackwendell.com/mainindexc.png

and put two rollover buttons toward the bottom.

However, using the evrsoft, I cannot move the buttons to where I want them to go.

Also, there are no side scrollbars while using the source/preview/design views, so I can not see the bottom.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Check your code - the image in the main page is looking for a file on your local drive - not on the webserver.
