I'm not sure how Vista reacts with FP2006 and Vista did not come out yet and I don't see what the minimum requirements are either on the site....

I noticed also you have a 64 bit processor..? I'm not sure if its for 32 or not as well....I hope you get some help from admin on this since you paid for it, but like many others, its hard to say. The fact that when you used the free version (I assume version 2006), it worked fine then unlocked and you have issues, strange. Good luck in your quest.. And thanks for providing all the relevant info so if admin does see it, he can react properly. Again thanks for the info....

PS...you might try to email and PM here as well, or you can contact the payment processor as well to help get a hold of him....

Ok it has been a long week, but I think I did it. I got 1st page 2006 PRO to run on my Vista machine.

I had the free download on it and then decided to "upgrade". Paid my money and poof no good. The confirmation e-mail said that I had to download it from a specific area and had 24 hours to do so. So I did and installed and it crashed. Uninstalled it and installed the "free" copy. Tried to use my Key on it and just like it says in the e-mail, this will not work.

Uninstalled and read this post. I have another machine with XP Pro on it so I tried that. It worked with my "Pro" download.

OK so it is a Visa thing....here is what I did
1)Uninstall everything evrsoft
2)Delete the folder in Program Files
3)Edit the Registry: For this I did regedit, and then a CTRL-F to search for evr. It came up with a lot of stuff that was not Evrsoft, and those I left. But anything else I deleted.
4)I did NOT re-boot (way to tempt fate)
5)Re-installed the "Pro" version. And I am now up and editing.

Hope that helps
Phyllis

Hi Brett, If you are facing trouble in installing the software, then kindly try by uninstalling all previous versions of FP2006 and reinstall FP2006 PRO. If this doesn't do the trick, then let me know the error you are facing and the steps to reproduce the error, so that I will be in a better position to associate you further.
Thank you!

Not sure who George BN is...interesting, I thought it was a one man show who's name was Napolean, but a word to you Brent, you can contact 2co, the payment processor and file a money return and complaint and 2co does a great job of this.

I'm sorry you had such issues with this software but then again many others have as well. IMO, there are others who update their software more often. If you find a great one, please share with others or PM me with what you find as well and I'll post it.

I am finally getting my money back for this junk software. 2checkout is refunding my money because the OWNER DID NOT RESPOND AT ALL to my request for a refund. Who ever this asshole is that owns this software is laughing his ass off at all of us, all the way to the bank. Well, NOT WITH MY MONEY, I got it back! ROFLMFAO
