Web browser window problem

Hi!. I having a problem with my page. When I open a web browser window, for example the bookmark window, it moves the elements of my page (banner, text, etc.). How could I correct this problem?

I think he means the text shifts when the size of the window changes. To solve this you could use a fixed width layout instead of a flexible one.
