Changing email addresses on all those pages...

I'm going digital and need to change my email address. Now I've got to switch over all those addresses on my website. Is there a way to switch it on all my pages at once? I know how to use the replace option, but I don't know how to do a "global" replacement.

NoteTab (http://www.notetab.com) is a wonderful text editor that will do global search and replace (with the option to back up changed files) The lite version is free and lacks only spellcheck and thesaurus, not like some cripple-ware out there. there are also extensive libraries available for doing HTML and other programming languages.
