Hi,
I am trying to teach a friend of mine to create websites using the 1st Page 2000 program. In the description of the program it say's that there is a Quick Design mode, but I can not find it.

http://evrsoft.com/1stpage/layout_design.shtml
"Quick Design mode means exactly what the name suggests. Quick Design is the quick and easy alternative to creating webpages visually."

Does anyone know where I can find that feature or if it is not yet in the program?

Thanks!

I don't believe that the feature is in the current version of the program, someone may prove me wrong though :p

it is but i dont think it will be very helpfull to you... mainly because it isnt what you think it is.

if you want to teach your friend how to design web pages in 1st page, youd better start with some basic html lessons. i should point out that the help files within 1st page may be enough to get him going. if they arent, come back and ill point you to some good web sites.

I *am* very interested in Quick Design mode, if it is what I think it is. I want to examine a given page from the point of view of a script (VB Script, Javascript) to see how the IE parsing engine "categorizes" the page. If it is enabled, how do I get 1stPage 2K to activate this mode?
