What's with the color dropper

Just kind of curious about the "color dropper" cursor replacing the standard pointing hand in the 1st Page referance. Anyone know anything about this?

Sloppy coding on the part of EvrSoft -- the "Pointing Hand" cursor and the "Color Dropper" cursor were given the same ID# in the programs (source) code so only 1 cursor ends up being used. :(
