Default Browser Based HTML Email Forms

Hello all!

I'm attempting to make an HTML e-mail registration form for a website I update. I've already created an e-mail registration form, however it is dependent on Outlook Express. I was wondering if anyone has a basic HTML form with checkboxes and text input that can be sent from a browser alone. If anyone knows a code, or can point me to the direction of a website which contains it, I would be very grateful.

Thanks a lot!

This post is 3 years old, I hope you are still interested... however, I'm posting the info for the general use.

I suggest you to use a remotely hosted service that is not depending on your email client. I am successfuly using this online form builder, 123ContactForm, that I create registration forms and other types of HTML forms with. It has a slick drag-and-drop field builder, so it saves me precious time. Hope it helps.
