List of sites which offer cost per click opportunities

The list of sites that offer cost per click advertising opportunities is constantly evolving. Therefore, know that this list is subject to change. I have listed the sites in order of their ability to drive traffic based on my experience (I have no direct experience with some sites – see notes below):

1. Overture.com – (www.overture.com) – in my experience, this has been the most highly trafficked cost per click site. Bidding number one on a popular keyword or search phrase at Overture will almost certainly guarantee traffic to your site.
2. Google AdWords Select – (https://adwords.google.com/select) - another powerful traffic driving site.
3. FindWhat – (www.findwhat.com) – runner up to Overture and Google in terms of ability to drive traffic.
4. 7Search – (www.7search.com) – though not nearly as effective for me in driving traffic as Overture, Google or FindWhat, still a great cost per click site.
5. Sprinks – (www.sprinks.com) – Sprinks serves up text links at About.com. While tricky to set up and maintain, good source of qualified traffic.
6. NetZero.net – (www.mynetzero.net) – negotiated on a case by case basis. No bidding, flat fee per click.
7. Ask.com – (www.ask.com) – ask.com has added a cost per click offering. No bidding, flat fee per click.
8. ePilot – (www.epilot.com) – good for driving traffic for some categories. Costs are lower than other sites listed above.
9. Search123 – (www.search123.com) – similar to Bay9, traffic seems lower.
10. Ah-ha – (www.ah-ha.com) – interface and bidding methodology are not as user friendly as others. Traffic is lower, costs are reasonable.
11. Kanoodle – (www.kanoodle.com) – incentivized clicks drained our account quickly with poor results.

I have identified the additional sites as offering pay per click advertising, but have no direct experience to report on them. There are many other cost per click sites. Some specialize in particular subject matter. Other sites that are not included in this list are either new, or didn’t display a depth of relevant search results during my investigation.
