Affiliate Program

Many years have I tried my hand in a variety of Affiliate Programs. Here and there did I make a few bucks. But nothing out of the ordinary.
The one I made the most money on was with a Casino program of Referback.
Being a beginner then and due to local legislation did it came to a end just about as quickly as it started.
Corey Rudl's program also generated some cash paying $65 commission per sale. Are still running after Five years.
When joining a affiliate program I think it to be advisable looking into such a programs history. A long history means a stable program. Coupled with that a big commission you can't go wrong.
Unless you have a web site getting plenty traffic can you expect to see money from affiliate programs.
(See (http://www.herman-dreyer.com/))
Otherwise one can make money by doing the following:
1. Register a particular domain for your affiliate program
2. Write full blown web sites about the theme of said affiliate program
3. Market via Search engines, PPC search engines, ezine advertising
I particularly like the EZINE ADVERTISING. It produce almost immediate
results.
Finding ezines with large subscriber bases is not to difficult.
(http://www.freezineweb.com/) show the number of subscribers and have quite a selection of ezines.
(http://www.demc.com/) is my favorite with over 200000 subbies costing only $36 for a three line classified ad.
The current affiliate program I have joined recently is ReadyLink Healthcare.
Not long running though. The future can't be better speaking in affiliate terms. ReadyLink Healthcare pay a whopping $750 commission per placement. Due to the shortage in Registered Nursers country wide in the USA. ReadyLink HealthCare are a leading national healthcare staffing company and are free to join.
