Using Audio To Boost Web Site Sales

The internet is changing at and astounding rate, and with change, comes new technology.

Every year we see new and exciting things happen online and most even bring us new avenues to produce more profit with less work.

Towards the end of 2003 we saw the audio age starting to show it's face online and people were just eating it up.

They were placing audio messages on their sites and in their emails every chance they could, hoping for more sales and added revenues.

The important question here is this...

"Will audio be an on-going profit booster online?"

My thought on this, yes!

One of the really amazing things about using web audio, is that it takes us one step further towards adding ourselves to our sites.

The internet is a faceless medium and because of this, people are skeptical, pushed away and flat out afraid to purchase.

Audio helps to take this skepticism and fear away and helps to complete the sale.

Simply adding an audio at the beginning of your page, in your guarantees and on your order page builds a feeling of trust, and comfort, because your visitors actually get to hear YOUR VOICE, adding you to the whole sales process.

This is an integral part of selling online.

If your visitors feel more at home on your site, they will be more willing to buy from you.

Adding audio also helps to push you ahead of your competition as well.

While your competitors web copy well still be flat, bland and some what intrusive. You copy and web pages will be more personal, caring and alive.

This makes a huge difference when it comes time for your visitors to click the "Buy Now" button or link.
