UKcorporator is an interactive online company formation system for the creation of any type of English, Welsh or Scottish company. It takes the user through an interactive Q&A process to eventually produce all the documents (tailored to the user's inputs) for the proposed company's incorporation. Being automated, UKcorporator does not rely on any sort of back office activity.
